There are different types of people in matters of nutrition: adherents of clean nutrition (God forbid to show them a potato chips - they will faint deadly), worshipers of a healthy balanced diet (they will not die if they eat a carrot not from an organic shop), there are also thoughtful ones (they know what to eat and when to do it), etc. And there is me who can only eat bakery products three times per day, seven days per week and about thirty days per month …
